Polish National A Team ski-jumping member. Maciej started his trainings with coach Kazimierz Dlugopolski when he was ten. He gained silver medal (individual) and two brown medals (in team) during Junior World Championships on 2008 and 2009. He had his debut on senior National Team when he was 15 and it was World Cup team competition in Lahti. Maciej won the Summer Grand Prix general standings and the single competitions. His best place in World Cup competition is 5th individual and 2nd in team. He was also 7th in Olympic Games in Sochi.
